By playing Orb Ink in the browser or using future native apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Service description

Orb Ink is a free-to-play daily merge puzzle game. The browser version is available at https://orb-ink.vercel.app. Native mobile apps may be offered separately when released.

Acceptable use

  • Play fairly — do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or manipulate leaderboard scores.
  • Do not submit offensive, impersonating, or misleading hero names to the Hall of Heroes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt servers, reverse engineer the service, or scrape leaderboard data at abusive rates.
  • Do not use Orb Ink for unlawful purposes.

Leaderboard and user content

Hero names you submit to the Hall of Heroes are displayed publicly with your score. You grant us a license to display that content for leaderboard purposes. We may remove entries that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

Orb Ink, including its name, logo, art, code, themes, and game design, is owned by 1Fisher Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to play the game for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

Orb Ink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free gameplay, or permanent retention of scores or leaderboard positions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Fisher Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orb Ink.

Changes and termination

We may modify these terms, game features, daily Issues, or leaderboard rules at any time. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these terms or harms other players.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to 1Fisher Group LLC in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
